Jacob Thankachen is the visionary CEO and founder of CybrHawk, a cutting-edge cybersecurity firm established in 2016. Before founding CybrHawk, Jacob served as the Vice President at Cyberoam, a Sophos Company, where he spearheaded the implementation of channel sales strategies and led the Americas Go-To-Market (GTM) business. Dan Sharvit is a senior information security consultant. He is dedicated to conducting Red Team assessments – Penetration Testing, code review, SDLC, Social engineering engagements, Diligent cybersecurity expert, with over 10 years of experience, specialized in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing and Incident Response. Experience in leading high-end projects worldwide. A challenge seeker, always seeking new exciting challenges and new things to break.

to possess an ISO 270001:2022 Certification. This certification is recognised as the leading international
standard for information security. The ISO 270001:2022 Certification was created to recognise firms

it is only awarded to firms that demonstrate an incredibly high standard in protecting critical data assets

AICPA SOC 2 Certification: The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) SOC 2
certification is a widely recognized standard for assessing and validating the security, availability, processing
integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of service organizations’ systems and processes. SOC 2 (Service
Organization Control 2) reports provide assurance to customers, stakeholders, and regulators regarding
the effectiveness of controls implemented by service providers to protect the confidentiality, integrity,

MR. RICHARD A. SMITH

Mr. Richard A. Smith is a dynamic leader renowned for his ability to drive businesses to
market prominence. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has successfully
steered multiple ventures to success, showcasing remarkable dedication and strategic insight.
In 2002, Mr. Smith co-founded RICHCARE Industries, a trailblazing manufacturing business
specializing in women’s sanitary napkins. Under his leadership, RICHCARE Industries not only
flourished in the local market but also expanded its footprint globally, with exports reaching the
Caribbean region.

The CellMaster Group of Companies, established in 2006 with the inception of CellMaster
Limited, reflects Mr. Smith’s entrepreneurial acumen. Serving as a strategic partner to TSTT in
the cellular and broadband sector, CellMaster witnessed regional expansion under Mr. Smith’s
guidance, with retail divisions established in El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, and Costa Rica under
the esteemed “ComCorp” brand.

In 2011, CellMaster achieved pivotal milestones through strategic commercial agreements,
including a partnership with Claro, the world’s largest communications operator, managing over
60 retail outlets in Central America. Additionally, the sale of the business to a prominent local
conglomerate underscored the company’s success.

Building on his experiences in Central America, particularly with Claro, Mr. Smith embarked on
a diversification strategy with the establishment of CellMaster Systems. This entity offers a range
of financial products and services, including innovative collaborations such as “Bmobile Visa” with
Republic Bank Limited and “Bmobile Wallet” with Delaware Inc. USA. Furthermore, Mr. Smith’s
venture into brand representation through Mizova Limited led to the establishment of “Samsung
Experience Stores” in collaboration with Samsung Inc. USA, showcasing his commitment to
industry innovation.

Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Smith represented Trinidad and Tobago as the
National Cricket Captain and toured with the West Indies team. He is also an avid golfer,
plays football and is a prolific swimmer.
Mr. Smith’s visionary leadership, coupled with his strategic foresight and commitment to innovation,

DR. RONALD WALCOTT

Dr. Ronald Walcott is the Managing Director (MD) of Precision Cybertechnologies and
Digital Solutions Limited (PCDS). He is a visionary leader and cybersecurity expert with a
proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity.
As the Managing Director of Precision Cyber, Dr. Walcott leads a local and global team of
cybersecurity professionals dedicated to protecting organizations from cyber threats and ensuring
the security and integrity of digital assets. As MD of PCDS, Dr. Walcott sets the strategic
direction and vision for the company, guiding its growth and expansion into new markets and
industry verticals. Under his leadership, PCDS is emerging as a trusted partner for organizations
seeking cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and expert guidance in navigating today’s complex
threat landscape.
With a distinguished career that includes serving as the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
of Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT), Dr. Walcott brings a wealth of
expertise and strategic insight to his current role. Dr. Walcott plays a pivotal role in shaping the
company’s strategic direction and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of customers
and stakeholders. Prior to his tenure at TSTT, Dr. Walcott held senior management positions at
ANSA McAL Carib Brewery and made significant contributions to BWIA (now Caribbean
Airlines) in Finance and Technical Operations. His diverse background underscores his multifaceted
expertise in finance, operations, and technology, positioning him as a versatile leader in the
industry.

During his six-year tenure as CEO of TSTT, Dr. Walcott spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives that positioned the company for long-term
success and growth. Highlights of his tenure include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan focused on digital transformation, innovation, and customer experience
enhancement.
• Modernizing TSTT’s entire network infrastructure to support emerging technologies such as 5G, IoT, and cloud computing.
• Securing significant financing to fund strategic investments and initiatives, including network modernization, service expansion, and
cybersecurity enhancements.
• Automating and modernizing all customer service and business elements of TSTT to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall
customer experience.

Educational Background and Expertise:

Dr. Walcott holds an MBA and a DBA specializing in Financial Management, underscoring his strong academic foundation and business acumen.
He is also a certified cybersecurity professional with credentials including an MIT Post Graduate Certification, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+,
among others, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to advancing cybersecurity best practices and standards.

mR. EWART DENOON

Mr. Ewart DeNoon has held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Amalgamated Security Services Limited (ASSL) for the past 20 years. He was recently appointed on the Board of Directors for the ASSL Group. Mr. DeNoon provides leadership for the continued
development of an innovative, robust, and secure Information, Communication Technology (ICT) environment. As CTO, he has direct oversight of ICT operations, systems delivery and integration in locations across the Caribbean and its subsidiaries.

Mr. DeNoon he has attained a track record of surpassing goals and expectations for quality, schedule and cost while implementing leading-edge ICT solutions. He has proven success in ICT project management for a number of high value National Security projects. Mr. DeNoon was a team member in the consulting and deployment of a nationwide IP based Surveillance System. He has facilitated training on specialty security equipment and also shared his cyber security expertise with various security agencies.

Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of numerous awards, honours and accolades. Mr DeNoon graduated with honours with a double major BSc. in Computer Engineering and Business Management. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Data Loss
Protection and Encryption Specialist, Certified Ethical Hacker and Countermeasures and Certified Wireless and Satellite Implementation Specialist.

He considers himself as an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in collaborative environments, working across business and technical teams to increase profits and reduce costs through continuous improvements and strategic ICT infrastructure planning.

MR. CHRIS CHAMELY

Christopher A. Chamely is the Managing Director of Zan Tech Ltd., where he has devoted most of his time developing and growing this business for the last eight years. He has a B.S.S.E, with honors, Bachelor of Computer Science. He has extensive experience in the security industry having started working in the Professional Security Industry since 2003. His recent activities include providing consulting services for many organizations. He uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to design complex physical and electronic security systems based on
best practice industry standards.


Christopher is constantly keeping up to date with the latest developments including new tools and products in the Security Industry. He is a Software Engineer by profession and has always had an interest in cyber security. One of his latest endeavors is to continuously educate himself on the latest threats and developments in the cyber security arena to advise and educate clients who many not be aware. He was the Managing Director of Amalgamated Security Services Limited in Barbados for several years and has extensive training in programming and database systems and cybersecurity management.
