Dr. Walcott is the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Telecommunications Services of
Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT). Dr. Walcott has an MBA and a DBA both specializing in Financial
Management. He was the CEO of TSTT from 2014-2020. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice
President of Mobile Services in TSTT. He worked at TSTT for fourteen (14) years. Prior to working at
TSTT, Dr. Walcott held senior management roles at ANSA McAL Carib Brewery, and he also worked
at BWIA (now Caribbean Airlines) where he held management roles in Finance and Technical
Operations.
Given his knowledge and qualifications, Dr. Walcott has a wealth of telecommunications, business,
technical operations, and technology knowledge, skills, and experience. During his tenure as CEO
of TSTT, Dr. Walcott championed Digital Transformation which was a key tenet of the 5-year strategic
plan that he developed and executed. Included in that strategic plan was modernizing TSTT’s entire
network, restructuring the organization, securing US$400M in financing and automating and
modernizing all customer service elements of TSTT. As a former telecommunications CEO, Dr.
Walcott has also worked with global telecommunications partners and is quite familiar with all
elements of the digital revolution currently taking place around the world. He has an excellent track
record of developing and executing complex technological and strategic initiatives. Dr. Walcott is
adept at understanding markets, key business decisions and financial operations. He is also
extremely technically/technology-savvy with outstanding relationship building, training, financial,
and mediation skills.
Mr. Ewart DeNoon has held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Amalgamated Security Services Limited (ASSL) for the past 20 years. He was recently appointed on the Board of Directors for the ASSL Group. Mr. DeNoon provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure Information, Communication Technology (ICT) environment. As CTO, he has direct oversight of ICT operations, systems delivery and integration in locations across the Caribbean and its subsidiaries.
Mr. DeNoon he has attained a track record of surpassing goals and expectations for quality, schedule and cost while implementing leading-edge ICT solutions. He has proven success in ICT project management for a number of high value National Security projects. Mr. DeNoon was a team member in the consulting and deployment of a nationwide IP based Surveillance System. He has facilitated training on speciality security equipment and also shared his cyber security expertise with various security agencies.
Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of numerous awards, honours and accolades. Mr DeNoon graduated with honours with a double major BSc. in Computer Engineering and Business Management. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Data Loss Protection and Encryption Specialist, Certified Ethical Hacker and Countermeasures and Certified Wireless and Satellite Implementation Specialist.
He considers himself as an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in collaborative environments, working across business and technical teams to increase profits and reduce costs through continuous improvements and strategic ICT infrastructure planning.
Christopher A. Chamely is the Managing Director of Zan Tech Ltd., where he has devoted most of his time developing and growing this business for the last eight years. He has a B.S.S.E, with honors, Bachelor of Computer Science. He has extensive experience in the security industry having started working in the Professional Security Industry since 2003. His recent activities include providing consulting services for many organizations. He uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to design complex physical and electronic security systems based on best practice industry standards.
Christopher is constantly keeping up to date with the latest developments including new tools and products in the Security Industry. He is a Software Engineer by profession and has always had an interest in cyber security. One of his latest endeavors is to continuously educate himself on the latest threats and developments in the cyber security arena to advise and educate clients who many not be aware. He was the Managing Director of Amalgamated Security Services Limited in Barbados for several years and has extensive training in programming and database systems and cybersecurity management.
